Choosing the right suppliers is an important part of ensuring that your wedding day reflects who you are,
and is paramount to a successful event!
If you feel comfortable planning your wedding, but need help sourcing certain suppliers, then this service is for you. From 1 to as many suppliers as you need help with, you can count on our network of selected and trusted suppliers that will be an asset to your wedding team.
We help source, coordinate and close the dossier after your event.
On-the-Day Coordination
If you've planned your wedding yourself but require a professional on the day to ensure that
things run smoothly. this package is the answer.
At Rubijoy Events, on-the-day coordination does not mean simply flying in and out on your wedding day.
We inculde a list of important services, such as a visit to the venue ( with yourselves if possible), contacting all of the suppliers you have sourced, being present the day before to meet with yourselves and your bridal, and a 1-hour consultation session where you can pick our brains, ask us questions, bounce off ideas...
Wedding Consulting
Destination weddings come with a range of additional points that need considering. If you are getting married in France and feel you would like to chat to a professional to learn more about what to expect, things to look out for, cultural differences, etc., we offer a consultation service, whether or not we are taking care of other aspects of your wedding or not.
