My husband and I got married on the 6th of July and we had the pleasure of having Sandra with Rubijoy as our decorator for our wedding. From the very first meeting with Sandra, everything was extremely professional. Sandra paid attention to our desires for what we imagined for our big day. She helped our imagination come to life and she absolutely nailed it. On the big day, she transformed our space into something more beautiful than we could have ever imagined. It was more than perfect. Looking back, we are so happy we trusted Sandra with decorating our wedding because there is no one who could have done a better job. Thank you so much Sandra for giving us the wedding of our dreams!

On the day itself Sandra handled everything behind the scenes with such calm and professionalism that we were able to relax and enjoy every moment, knowing everything was under control. From the ceremony to the reception, everything went smoothly in her capable hands, and our guests kept telling us

Simply the best there is! Words can’t describe how delightful, easy and heartwarming it was to work with Sandra to create our magical wedding weekend in the south of France. Sandra held my hand through everything, coordinating caterers, florists, cakes, decorations, tablewear, venues, photographer, even cleaners!
She went above and beyond in every way and felt like a good friend supporting me through what is usually a stressful process.Not only is she an amazing person to work with, she’s also passionate, creative and authentic in her approach. And calm!It made the whole experience of planning my wedding fun and exciting, and Sandra made sure every detail was perfect.We are from Australia so it would have been near impossible to pull off such a wonderful wedding/ weekend of festivities without Rubijoy. I cannot recommend Sandra anymore. If you’re looking for A-Z wedding planning or on the day coordination,
she is 110% the best choice you can make.

Sandra was fantastic and made our celebration in France so special. She was incredibly well organised and ensured everything was tailored to us, including managing all of the beautifuln decorations. It gave us great peace of mind knowing that she was liasing with all of the vendors and took much of the stress away. We couldn't recommend Sandra more highly!

Sandra was so easy and pleasant to work with. She has an amazing style and it aligned with exactly what we wanted on the day of our wedding. The table settings and ceremony set up were absolutely gorgeous and all our guests were complimenting the decorations all day! She was very helpful on making suggestions to stick within our budget as well which we appreciated. Would definitely recommend Sandra to anyone!

I cannot recommend Sandra enough! She pulled our wedding together at Chateau Canet in only a few short months. She did all the decorations for our three events (BBQ, brunch, ceremony and meal). She was fast, extremely efficient, and helpful throughout the planning, always available by email and phone calls. Additionally, Sandra liaised with a local tableware company, our florist and caterer, putting all the stress off my shoulders, especially given that I don’t speak French! Sandra is an absolute pleasure to work with , I urge other brides to get in contact with her if you want all your wedding decoration dreams to come reality!

On a été ravis de préparer notre mariage avec toi, tu as su nous rassurer et ton œil d’experte nous a beaucoup aidé à penser à toutes les petites choses qui font un bel ensemble et une journée réussi. Ça a vraiment été super pour nous car nous étions hyper rassurés sur le fait que tu gèrerai tous les problèmes qui pouvaient survenir ( comme les savons qui coulaient ). Ça nous a permis de
profiter complètement du moment sans se poser de questions.
Pour la décoration on était ravis aussi et les tests que tu as fait avant c’était super pour se projeter.
On avait pas vu la salle dans la journée on l’a découverte au moment du dîner c’était
génial de voir tout ce travail on a adoré l’ambiance crée.
On a trouvé que c’était très facile de travailler avec toi, sans stress et que tu as pleins de bonnes idées.
Donc merci beaucoup de nous avoir aidé à organiser ce grand jour et en avoir fait
un merveilleux moment que nous n’oublierons jamais.

Sandra, we were very happy with the musicians, bus, flowers & decorations! The decor was beautiful and the musicians were really good, we had lots of compliments on them. I am happy with how things went and I had a wonderful day. Your day-of assistance was very helpful and allowed me to relax and enjoy.

We worked with Sandra for over 10 months to plan our wedding in Antunac whilst living in Cape Town... I cannot recommend Sandra enough. Not only did she coordinate an impressive collection of absolutely beautiful mismatched Rubijoy crockery (including making huge efforts to source some items which she didn't already have!), she was also an endless source of invaluable information - helping us find local butchers to do a BBQ, sound engineers to rent us equipment and local tableware services for all the bits and bobs Rubijoy couldn't supply (amongst other things). She also recommended the most wonderful talented florist - who sourced foraged flowers which were incredible. We really couldn't have planned our wedding without her. Best of all though she was an absolute pleasure to work with - always listening to make sure she understood just what we wanted, always contactable and totally willing to get wound up and stuck in to our excitement of planning. She became a great support and in the end we decided she must actually come to share our day - which lucky for us she did :-) Thank you so so much Sandra for making our day perfect in every way. x

Sandra and I worked together for several months planning our daughter's wedding at the beautiful Chateau de Queille near Mirepoix. She went above and beyond our expectations with attention to detail, incredible efficiency, at the same time as being so calm over the several days leading up to the big day. There was a lot to do as we had a totally bespoke event but we all had such a wonderful happy, albeit super busy, time getting everything ready. We loved all the items we hired from Sandra which helped to make the day even more special. We would highly recommend her to help plan any special event and oversee it so you
can relax and enjoy every moment.

Sandra- Raj and I were so lucky to have found you to help organise our big day. From arranging the brilliant band and sound system, the portaloos, to helping my mum arrange the flowers, to the brilliant selection of lighting and decorations you offer- and much more- nothing was too much trouble! We really appreciated the way you put us at ease back in England- all the calls and Whatsapp messages went beyond normal service!!
The day would have been nowhere near the massive success it was without you help- the real highlight for us was the lighting hired from yourself- it made the meadow and barn look amazing! Thanks again- can’t recommend your brilliant company enough!
